I lost my progress in the game/my account

If you lost your game progress for the reason that your Facebook account has been hacked or you were not connected to Facebook and right after you tried to connect you lost all your progress too, please contact our Gambino Slots Support Team. Make sure you send us a message from the device you've been using for playing all the time. Just enter the game, find the "SUPPORT" button in settings and tap it. You will be redirected to our site where you will be able to submit a ticket. We will get all the necessary gaming account information with that ticket which will help to restore your progress. Please specify a few things in your message:

  • Which level were you on before it happened?

  • How many coins did you have on that level?
