I've made a payment and did not receive my purchase

Such situations may happen because basically payment can be delayed for 24 hours.

If you haven’t got the coins/boosters/spins, you have to send us a screenshot of your receipt through “Support” button.
It will give us all necessary information about this purchase: its ID, date and exact time.

For purchases from the Microsoft Store:
1. Sign in to Microsoft Store or select the account menu in the upper-right corner of your screen.
2. Select Order History > Sign in.
3. Sign in to your Microsoft account.

For purchases from the Windows Store:
1. Sign in to account.microsoft.com.
2. Select Payment & billing > Order history.
