What should I do to send Client Logs?

In case of any difficult situation do the following right after it takes place:

A.   If you play on PC:

  • Press F12 and choose 'Console.'
  • Copy all the information provided there to Notepad, for instance.
  • And save this document.

B.   If you use mobile device:

  • Go to the Lobby.
  • Click on the XP bar (experience bar).
  • Hold it for about 5 seconds.
  • Remember the time when you did this according to UTC timeline.
  • Inform the Support Team about the situation and mention the time.

Attention! Client Logs must be sent right after the difficult situation has been reproduced. Otherwise, if you re-open the application, the report about the error won’t be sent.
